Server Preventative Maintenance
• A regular schedule depending on requirements. This usually consists of a quarterly cycle of one hour per server per month with a half-day visit on the third month.
• Your servers are thoroughly checked. We provide everything from event logs through to test file restores, antivirus checks, and most importantly application of the regular patches and updates that are released by the hardware and software manufacturers.

PC/Laptop Preventative Maintenance
• We can schedule regular full or half-day visits for housekeeping and other maintenance tasks such as software installation/updates etc.

Network Preventative Maintenance
• Regular full or half-day visits for network maintenance tasks such as device firmware updates, printer, and other peripherals’ maintenance.
