One of the most confusing aspects about Teams is about where and how things are stored. First impressions are utterly confusing and trying to decide how you might structure things can be a daunting prospect.

Let's not forget one of the most useful features in Teams; the ability to video conference and make VoIP calls. Don't forget Microsoft bought Skype some time ago and now Skype for Business has morphed fully into an impressive component of Teams.

One thing we all seem to juggle is a lot of lists of things that need to be done. I seem to be forever shifting to a new list or rearranging an existing one.

We wanted to see what we could do with this product, and we added a few clever tricks to Microsoft Teams. We already have a lot of other internal software products that we use for managing data, clients’ requests, and all the equipment and networks we look after.

You need to decide how you are going to set up your actual Teams membership. However, most companies have a Sales/Marketing department, an operations department and one for finance. You could also have one for management.
