In less than 2 weeks Ingenious managed to move us over from our previous IT company. It wasn’t easy at all and new issues kept coming up. I have worked with Ingenious for 4 years now and have to say they are completely top-notch.

Nothing is too much trouble for Jez and his team, they constantly go over and above the call of duty and have dug me out of a spot or two over the years.

One of the best things about Ingenious is that they don’t talk, what I call, ‘Techno babble’ and explain what they’re doing at every stage meaning that I learn more as I go.

I can honestly say I have learnt as much from Jez as I did the whole time I was in college studying for my MCSA, he is very down to earth and a good guy.

When Ingenious are not digging us out of holes they have helped us plan and implement anti-virus, networking, email, broadband, VPN etc… the list goes on!

We had a critical incident which resulted in our IT systems crashing on Wednesday morning, impacting all users. This severely impacted on our ability to deliver services to residents. Thanks to Ingenious’ quick action, within four hours we were back up and running at full capacity. As a small organisation without an IT department, this is exactly the service we need in an emergency.

T-Space Architects love Ingenious – they recently assisted us with the move to a VOIP/ PBX phone system. The transition was one I was dreading. Our broadband was moving, as was our main line number – so if it went wrong it could go royally wrong. There was little down time, after the transition there were a couple of minor issues, which they resolved immediately. They liaised with the new service providers, purchased the required equipment and new phones.

I cannot recommend them enough. A great team! Thank you.
