Having to work with with data measured in TB/GB/MB (gigabytes/megabytes) and networks that are measured in Gbps/Mbps (gigabits/megabits per second) is confusing.
This is a revised version of our network speed calculator that calculates how long a file of a certain size will take to download over a link of a certain speed, with an allowance for the transmission overhead.
